This policy explains how The Seasonal Freedom System™ collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, subscribe to our email list, or purchase our digital products. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to operate this business.

01

Who We Are

This website is operated by The Seasonal Freedom System™, a digital product business selling educational frameworks and planning tools related to personal finance and long-term travel. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to The Seasonal Freedom System™.

02

What Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of this site, and from third-party services we use to operate the business.

Information you provide directly

  • Email address and name — when you subscribe to our email list or download the free Cycle Solver lead magnet.
  • Purchase information — when you buy a product, our payment processor (Stripe via SureCart) collects your name, email address, and payment details. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Communications — if you reply to our emails or contact us directly, we retain that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and general geographic location (country/region level only), collected via WordPress and any analytics tools in use.
  • Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
  • Cookies — small data files stored on your device. See Section 6 for details.

Information from third parties

  • Payment processors — Stripe processes payments on our behalf and shares transaction confirmation details with us. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your payment data.
  • Email marketing platform — MailerLite stores subscriber information (name and email address) on our behalf. MailerLite’s privacy policy governs how MailerLite handles your data.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver purchased digital products to you via download link
  • Send the email sequence associated with the free lead magnet you requested
  • Send purchase confirmation and transactional emails
  • Send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions
  • Understand how visitors use this website and improve its content
  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

04

Email Marketing

When you subscribe to our email list — either by downloading the free Cycle Solver or by opting in directly — you consent to receive our email sequence and occasional marketing communications. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time and your address will be removed promptly.

Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to our marketing list unless you separately opt in. Transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmation, download delivery) are sent regardless of marketing preferences as they are necessary to fulfil your order.

Our email marketing is managed by MailerLite. Subscriber data is stored on MailerLite’s servers in accordance with their privacy policy and data processing agreement.

05

Payments and Digital Products

All payments are processed by Stripe through the SureCart platform. Your full payment card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all payment security. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the information needed to fulfil your order (name, email, product purchased).

Digital products are delivered via download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. We retain a record of your purchase for order management and customer support purposes.

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it.

06

Cookies

This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. We use the following types:

Essential cookies
Required for the website to function. These include session cookies for the checkout process and WordPress functionality. They cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Third-party cookies
Stripe and SureCart may set cookies during the checkout process. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will affect checkout functionality. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

07

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Purchase records are retained for seven years for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Email subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Support correspondence is retained for two years after the last communication.
