All sales of digital products from The Seasonal Freedom System™ are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

The Nature of Digital Products

The products sold by The Seasonal Freedom System™ are digital files — documents, spreadsheets, and planning tools delivered electronically. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it remains in the buyer’s possession regardless of whether a refund is issued.

This is the fundamental characteristic of digital product commerce, and our no-refund policy exists for this reason. It is not a punitive measure — it is an honest acknowledgment that the nature of the product makes traditional returns impossible.

Our Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits on any digital product once it has been purchased and the download link delivered.

This applies regardless of whether the files have been opened, read, or used. Delivery of the download link constitutes fulfilment of the purchase.

We have made significant effort to describe each product clearly and completely before purchase. The sales pages for each product list every document included, what each one covers, its format, and its length. The free Cycle Solver lead magnet gives you direct experience of the system’s mechanism before you commit to a paid product.

We encourage you to read the product descriptions thoroughly, review the case study proof data, and run your own numbers in the free calculator before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your situation, contact us before you buy — we are happy to answer them.

Exceptions and What We Will Always Fix

While we do not offer refunds, we stand fully behind the quality and delivery of our products. If any of the following occurs, we will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you:

Your download link doesn’t work
If the link in your purchase confirmation email is broken, expired, or fails to deliver the correct files, contact us and we will send you a working link immediately. Technical delivery failures are our responsibility to fix.
You received the wrong files
If your order confirmation or download contains files from the wrong product tier, we will correct this immediately and deliver the right files.
A file is corrupted or won’t open
If any file you receive is corrupted, damaged, or fails to open in the intended application (Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, or Adobe Acrobat), contact us and we will send a clean replacement.
You were charged more than once
Duplicate charges will always be refunded in full. Contact us with your order confirmation and we will resolve it with our payment processor immediately.

These are our obligations to you. A product not meeting your expectations, a change of mind, or finding the content different from what you imagined are not grounds for a refund — but they are things we are happy to discuss. If something isn’t working for you, reach out before concluding there’s no path forward.

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

The following are not accepted as grounds for a refund request:

Change of mind after purchase

Deciding the product is not right for your situation after downloading

Not reading the product description before purchasing

Purchasing the wrong tier by mistake — please read descriptions carefully before buying

Incompatibility with software you expected to work with the files — all formats and compatible applications are stated in the product description

The system not producing your desired financial outcome — results depend on your specific circumstances, effort, and external conditions outside our control

Failure to implement or use the product after downloading

Chargebacks

If you have a genuine concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are responsive, we take every concern seriously, and we will always address legitimate delivery or technical issues directly.

Initiating a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product — without first contacting us — constitutes a dispute in bad faith. We maintain complete records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and download activity, and we will provide this documentation to our payment processor in response to any chargeback filed on a legitimate order.

Contact Us Before You Decide

If something about your purchase isn’t right — a technical issue, a question about how to use the files, or a concern about what you received — please reach out before drawing any conclusions. Reply to your purchase confirmation email or use the contact form on this website. We aim to respond within one to two business days.

This is a small business. Every purchase matters, every customer interaction matters, and we are genuinely invested in the product working for the people who buy it. We would rather solve a problem directly than have a dissatisfied customer.

Summary

All sales are final. No refunds on digital products once downloaded. Technical issues are always resolved. Questions before buying are always welcome.
